This book is really inconclusive because it doesn't really end properly. That is why that i can't have type most of the conclusion, but the conclusion in the book is that Jamal and his parents were stranded at the refugee camp for the rest of their lives

Jamal and Bibi were stranded on the refugee island in the end without their parents. Their parents drowned on their way to camp.
